From a validator’s perspective it was straightforward
The applications went directly into the spreadsheet which made it easy to work from
General Notes:
If fully automate (yes/no for example) some validators might get missed.
Fill out basic stuff but also capture additional contributions through a longer free form field.(Public endpoints with multiple nodes behind them for example).
Questions should be based on the scorecard because not all questions that were asked were used by the scorecard
Not everything can be automated but anything that can will save time.
Feedback should be given to validators straight away: eligibility check
