Details
The validator delegation program is intended to decentralize and secure the Sifchain protocol while encouraging the growth and contributions of a dedicated and active validator set. We propose delegating a total of 40M ROWAN to validators that fall into 2 categories: Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Purpose
- Usher in further decentralization of the network
- Encourage the growth of an active and committed validator set
- Reward strong contributors and leaders in the validator community
Proposal Process
- First-pass feedback: Validator Delegation Council releases Phase 2 delegation awards and conducts conversations with DAO members and existing stakeholders to collect feedback and make necessary corrections/adjustments.
- Formal proposal: the proposing member uses first-pass feedback to evolve a one-pager into a Proposal to SifDAO
- Proposal vote: at the end of the Discussion Period, the proposal is put to a vote
- Execution:
- Delegations to be made.
- Next round of the Validator Delegation process to begin.
