Council Introduction

The Token Listing council is the DAO council responsible for overseeing SifDEX’s token listings and ensuring that desired pools have ample liquidity for traders to trade against. It accomplishes these goals through a tool-set that includes protocol loaned liquidity, and the authority to approve or deny Sifchain token listings.

Council Responsibilities

The validator delegation council members' responsibilities include:

Attending weekly meetings
Communicating with SifDAO in the form of both asynchronous messages and occasional town halls
Gathering community feedback on Sifchain liquidity pools and desired token listings
Recording meeting minutes
Keeping the Token Listing Council's public facing information up-to-date and organized
Approving or denying Sifchain token listings
Utilizing the protocol loaned liquidity fund to provide liquidity to important liquidity pools
