  • Stampede: We want to bring defenses down with the work that is being done here, as opposed to raising them.
  • HHA: How can we work together constructively to keep dialog constructive and productive across all parties?
    • Stampede: let’s get the whole team behind this so we can start creating a better public narrative for Sifchain
      • Abra: we can use the document that is already drafted as a first step for the committee to meet as a group and review it
• Stampede: On-boarding group focus:
  • How can we guide the way that emotions are channeled within the DAO constructively?
• Abra: How can we take a systems based approach to communications and channeling emotions?
  • Stampede: We have similar structures in place for this with councils.
    • Abra: Something like hats would be useful to further improve this infrastructure
• HHA: The work that we are doing is already having an impact. We’ve been able to push non-ROWAN pools to the Director of Engineering’s attention, we also are starting the formation
• Ryuuk: Some areas that can use improvement are building a working product that makes using the liquidity pools as more beneficial than staking and also communicating that work going on
• Ryuuk: how can we better communicate timelines to the community?
  • HHA: Yes, this is something we definitely want to improve on and now we have access to the Director of Engineering and can ask these questions
  • Bucky: We also have started a board on Notion that increases transparency and
    • HHA: Can we open this to the whole community as well so people can see what ideas have already been submitted. Does the team have this information? Are they working on it already?
      • Bucky: yes, we can do that
