Council Introduction

The validator delegation council is the DAO council responsible for running the delegation program. This program is intended to decentralize and secure the Sifchain protocol while encouraging the growth and contributions of a dedicated and active validator set.

Council Responsibilities

The validator delegation council members' responsibilities include:

• Attending weekly meetings
• Doing asynchronous work related to verifying and assessing claims made by Sifchain Validators
• Communicating with SifDAO in the form of both asynchronous messages and occasional town halls
• Gathering data in order to optimize the validator delegation process
• Recording meeting minutes
• Keeping the Validator Delegation Council's public facing information up-to-date and organized
